To be honest, I don't fully understand resource credits since I am very new to the Steem blockchain.
\n
I have seen people complaining that they run out of credits to post though. So I'm worried that I'll quickly run out of resource credits before I can answer a few musing questions.
\n
But you're asking about creating new accounts. I didn't need to spend any credits to create my account, Steemit made my account for me. It took 3 weeks before my account was approved and created which seemed like a stupidly long time if I am honest.
\n
But I suppose, if a new account created by another user has as little Steem Power as I have then I would suggest that it is too low. That new account that has been created won't be able to do very much. So maybe we should be giving new users larger amounts of Steem Power (even if it is only delegated for a month or two). Then that user will be able to post a lot, earn more Steem for themselves, and have a self sustaining account that won't limit the amount of things that they can do on the Steemit platform.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkkfb28lx","appParentAuthor":"tiger-zaps","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
