First of all rise or fall of investors of coin doesn't depend on a small community and it depends on people through the world.
Steem of course has many factors which would make it as one the best coin in future(faster transaction is one of them).
But people are acquainted with bitcoin and it occupies the highest volume in terms of dollars.
If some think of dumping the bitcoin then some other would plan to pump it. Dumping it all the way is not possible faster.
Moreover many people are not exposed to steem and also it isn't listed in many exchanges. But because of steemit and other platforms many are filling their pockets with steem.
**Bitcoin is limited and  steem has infinite supply so bitcoin would never go completely down until is crushed worldwide.
