It is the standard behaviour a society holds to follow. Or you can say a standard self value to see things. We see something as moral when it holds or manifests high principles personally or socially.
\n
Moral value is linked with proper conduct. The way society teaches us, helps us grow our ethical standard to be in the right pattern as per the social norms for proper conduct. It is the feeling or knowledge about the right thing for greater purpose.
\n
And immoral is totally opposite to what we say moral. It is the unprincipled to confront a standard. The unlawful act or the unethical behaviour. Immoral act can be defined something which is wrongful and unfair to something or to the society.
\n
But we have to accept that the 'standard' to call something moral or immoral is very different around the world. There are thousand of cultures who have different way of living and different ethical standard. We all have different life choices too. So it also differs in individual level. But for me the socially acceptable standard to deal with a certain thing is the broader line between moral and immoral.
\n
I hope it helps!
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p36brzraw","appParentAuthor":"prechyrukky","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
