<p>Fear is a psychological feeling that comes as a result of uncertainties. Fear is a mental thing, it is only real to the person(s) feeling it as it comes naturally most. </p><p>Human nature has the flight/fight/freeze mode, a reflex action which is a way out of situations that occurs without ample time to adjust, think and act.</p><p>Fear by itself, is not a problem but our actions when this feeling is present is where the problem lie. Most of us take action when afraid and do stuff we usually would not when thinking logically. </p><p>It is not possible to run away from fear neither is eliminating fear possible but taking the right action inspite of fear is the way to go.
