Blood group O is a universal donor. Blood group AB is something of is a universal recipient which means that people who are this blood group would be able to receive blood from all the different blood groups. If the other partner was to check for blood and it was O blood group type then it would be great news as the blood is easily to be donated. </p>\n<p>I think the most important reason to check the blood is to find out if there are any diseases that are in the body. This is something that can be seen in the blood but not from the outside.
