Am from nigeria, so I'll tell you the home remedies we use. But before that, you should know that home remedies refers to treatment regimen you can get readily available in your home and you don't have to go to the store to purchase when an emergency situation occur.</p><p>In a local Nigerian house, these remedies are always ready at home and are used when the needs arise.</p><p>1. Ginger </p><p>For aome homes, these may not be available but water, salt, onion, honey are mostly readily available. </p><p>So, as you know, bleeding gum is a sign of poor oral hyhiene. Its eirher there is a cavity in the mouth causing the bledding gum or one has used a sharp object to prick the gum, eaten a boney meal that punctured the gum of flossed the gum too much and its bleeding. Thus is bad as it causes pain and a very bad form of ache that leaves one in unrest. One of the ways we treat thus at home is majorly using the Salt And Water Regimen. Salt and water us always available in every home so it is a goto remedy for us. The way we do this is by boiling the water to a reasonable temperature that won't hurt the mouth when it's put in the mouth. This water us mixed with a spoon of salt and stirred well so the salt can can spread around. When this is done, the person that requires the treatment puts the water in his or her mouth and gurgle on it on the affected area. Then spits out, and repeats the step consecutively. This kills the microorganisms that is acting on the gum, controls the bleeding and sooths the pain in the gum.</p><p>As we all know, onions is good for oral hygiene, so to make the regimen better, we boil the onion bulb in the water and add salt to it for more efficacy or we just use the boiled water and onion alone to clean the mouth. Remember If a place is dirty, it gives way to uninvited germs, so by washing the mouth with this recipe of water and onion, the mouth is clean and the environment would not allow germs in it.</p><p>For the Honey, it's easy, after using the salt and water and onions to wash the mouth, you can use your clean hands to apply honey on the affected part. Honey has antioxidant properties that treats wounds. And it's not only exterior wounds alone. But it can also be used for interior surface wound.</p><p>You m may be wondering why I prescribed using all. Of recent, every germs are being resistant to one single treatment, so multiple regimen treatment is advised.
