Are you able to keep your promises?","appBody":"
Sad to say, no. I was not able to fulfill and keep my promises regarding my New Year Resolution. New Year's resolutions are attempts to make one a better person and find the new year as a great avenue for change, however, lots of people fail on becoming better due to failing in fulfilling their promises to change. Here are some things I would like to share:
\n
\n
Sleeping early. That was my first new year's resolution. I would like to sleep on an earlier time, now, I find myself sleeping in between 1 am to 3 am which causes me to be drowsy during mornings and waking up really late. I tried to sleep early but I just couldn't help it. I wake up late, then sleep during afternoons. After that, I become very active and I do a lot of things during evening such as watching movies, talking to friends and a lot more. It's been several weeks ever since 2019 started and I am already failing on this one.
\n
Avoid procrastinating. During the first week of January, I was able to accomplish several tasks due to avoiding procrastination. However, as days went by, I feel like I am going back to my old self and putting off things to do today for tomorrow. I do not know but I feel like I am having burn out even though I am not extremely busy.
\n
\n
For the month of January, I could say that my new year's resolution are not in good condition as I am not fulfilling them. Everyday is an opportunity to change and improve, maybe I should try rebooting and accomplishing my New Year's Resolutions. Great question and I hope my answer helps!
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3r4kc2aq","appParentAuthor":"erikah","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
