<p>It is kind of a hard question and depends on the situation that one is in.</p>
<p>If anyone is in need of cash than whatever the price that is in the market will not effect the decision of that person to take out the Steem and cash it out.</p>
<p>While if the price of Steem just gets to the position like it did with SBD in the past (to the top ) than a significant amount of Steem that we will have in our accounts resulting a good upvote from our SP there will a surge in the rise of powering up.</p>
<p>And as for the current situation in Steemit I have been seeing many Dapps are just rewarding users by their tokens (SMT) and you can be a part of it by delegating your SP to them as simple as that which is acting as a real inspiration to keep powering up in SP rather than Pwering down as well.</p>
