Let me explain.</p>\n<p>Human being behave in a same way from the beginning. Their way of thinking and working pattern are same for centuries. So what we are seeing is the same cause, same pattern again and again in different phases. This is what seems repetition to us. </p>\n<p>Historically we grows same love for some nation, same hate for other nation and so. It does not change for years and there is no sigh that it suddenly will change. And as human kind want to take revenge so they tend to follow the same path they were being oppressed. That is what looks like repetition.</p>\n<p>It is our DNA which lead us to follow the same path as our past generation.
