It's what the person is watching that determines the influence what's being watched will have on him/her. Our minds are programmed in such a way that it makes us start acting out things we feed it either through our eyes or ears.

Should a person concentrate on watching only violent related movies, over time such a person may start acting out what he/she has watched. It's even worse if the type of violent movies the person watches is the type where the violence is done against a particular gender or race different from that of the person. Such person will naturally start developing hatred for such gender or race as portrayed in the movies and start having violent tendencies towards such gender or race.

So it's not addiction to tv that influence a person but what the person chooses to watch
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkctxmrsq","appParentAuthor":"thomas90","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
