I thought I was sick, but the moment I got home and ate something, I started feeling better after a while. From then on, I never go to the gym on an empty stomach </p><p>Your body may tolerate gyming without eating sometimes but the day it's going to breakdown from such consistent unhealthy practice, it hardly gives you any notice.
