Power UP. So many benefits to powering up. Your vote value gets higher, you get more in interest(yes you get interest on your SP), you make more in curation. So by powering up your STEEM, you will get more STEEMPOWER and can power that down in the future if you need to. The only reason I see to HODL is to sell in the near future. If you don't plan of selling anytime soon, power it up.
