Are those statistics standard across the board in ALL countries where prostitution is legalized?

No sex related crime rates are not the same across all the countries where prostitution is legal.
In my country it's legal so I observed the situation closely. 
Legal prostitution and sex crime is two different things and are not connected. You would find many countries where the crime rates as well as amount of brothels are low compared to where prostitution is legal. 
You also have to consider that all the abuse and sexual crimes are not even reported.
So it's mostly depends on the social culture and people's behavior. 
I gave my explanation separately here in answer. If you got time you can go through it for a better understanding.
