What are the benefits of algae?

I've heard you say this a couple of times before but never understood the reasoning of the backwards aging. Could you elaborate more on why it happens? Sounds interesting enough but, I haven't found any information that supports that claim.

The point you are trying to make with meat is good (nutrient wise) but consider the average recommended dose for both Chlorella and Spirulina never exceed more than 10g a day. While people will eat a 300g steak without an isssue, I haven't yet heard of anyone that consumed 100g of algae in a day.

What are the benefits of algae?

Good questions.

It's because of quantities of Vitamin E, Tyrosine, Tocopherol & Selenium

All of them were proven to have anti-aging effects on the body

There are many scientific studies on the topic, conducted by ncbi.

Feel free to check them out, but I doubt it you want to waste your time on that :)

Average recommended dose, by Food & Drug administration agency. Should I even mention some of the leading people in there are closely related to the Monsanto company (now called Bayer)... I feel you can connect the dots

The same agency says sugar is safe to intake in 30 g per day, but it isn't - 1 gram of processed sugars instantly intoxicates your body & will not get out until you detoxicate for months from any kind of it

Don't listen to FDA, listen to yourself... I eat spirulina few times daily with no problems in quantities 10 g & higher per meal

It will mos def make you age backwards, but don't forget that meat makes you age faster :) even though FDA will never tell you that, as they convinced us how we are at "peak" of our advancement with reaching 80 years in advanced countries!

That's huge BS. Human body was designed to live up to 900 years in perfect conditions, even in this terrible conditions it's possible to reach 200+ years if doing all the factors right
