We all know that smoking is harmful for health, how a smoker relieve or avoid from it ?
<p>We know that its addiction type.  </p><p>Its need psychotherapy.</p><p>But how motivate a person & what type of conversation should between a motivator & smoker?  </p><p>in spite of  A person know that he is affected by disease caused by smoking he again done this same job!!  </p><p>So how we prevent it? </p>

Only the smoker would know what would motivate them to quit. You can inform them the consequences about smoking all you want but if they don't seem compelled to do it intrinsically then there's nothing you can do. You can approach the subject as a concerned friend. 

If he knows what he needs to know about smoking, and I mean all the negative effects of it and how it affects his health, then you can just settle for reminding him the positive sides of quitting. It's a long process. It could take months to years before someone decides to quit even after constant encouragement. 

As the motivator, there is not much you can do when the person you want to help doesn't want to help themselves.

And, I am aware of the risks behind it, because smoking is not healthy at all when we do it too much.<br>\n</p>\n<p>From &nbsp;your question, honestly I can't avoid it, or stop smoking totally &nbsp;because there is a sense of \"confused\" and \"very confused\" when I don't &nbsp;smoke. In fact, I can't work without it.<br>\n</p>\n<p>The &nbsp;only way is to regulate bedtime, meals, etc. to offset the risk of &nbsp;smoking, and reduce the allotment of nicotine intake that might be &nbsp;harmful to the body.<br>\n</p>\n<p>When my chest feels uncomfortable, I will do the following:<br>\n- exercise a little<br>\n- sleep<br>\n- drink pineapple juice (this can expel phlegm and reduce the risk of smoking)<br>\n- playing with children, because my attention will be distracted from here.<br>\n</p>\n<p>So, to reduce / avoid cigarette intake is too high, <strong>\"divert your attention\", </strong>only that can be done.
