These two entities should play their role individually, as the moment both of these will collaborate, then the steem blockchain will tend to become centralized with the passage of time. So the steem witness play a very important role in keeping democracy of the community intact.</li>\n <li>A steem witness must not necessarily and blindly agree to the consensus of the proposed hard fork from time to time. It should be like looking into the true prospect and effect of a hard fork. While a hard fork is essentially done to improve the community features from time to time, but when it comes to reaching consensus it should not be blindly agreed upon by the steem witness.</li>\n <li>A steem wintess should also constantly evaluate the different features of steemit in place and whether they are valuable for the community or not, it should be ascertained from time to time by discussion or polls with the community member as this way it will be at least understood very well, the different parameters in place is helping the community in a positive way or not.</li>\n <li>A steem wintess should not be an aggressive person and whenever things goes wild or there is some major break down in the system then he should be committed to put his effort and resources in emergency cases.</li>\n <li>A steem witness should have dedicated node as well as a back node running 24x7.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Thank you and Have a great day.</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3anduh9x","appParentAuthor":"bjornb","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |
