I don't believe in that kind of diets because it tells you what to eat, which can be good for a short period and bad on the long term. You can respect that diet for a time but unfortunately you can't cut out certain types of food from your life for long and you're going to eat what you're not allowed. That's human nature. </p><p>The other downside is that diets don't prescribe you what and how to eat after you finish that dieting period and most of the people are rewarding themselves with unhealthy food because they were brave, doing the diet and gain weight again. This is the worst you can do.</p><p>I'd rather eat healthy food, eat less and exercise.
