<p>Yes it is mostly about thier diet. According to researches Japanise government is applying a diet in order to increase <strong>morality level</strong> of public. Many of people attending to diet program increase thier <strong>morality level 15 percent more.</strong> </p> <p>Government prepared one work about foods in diet and recommended food list for the nation. They inspected reusults of the diet after <strong>10 years later.</strong> They see some of people having <strong>heart problems </strong>about blood pressure is having less problems. </p> <p>The direct result of the study is like:</p> <p>><em> “Our findings suggest that balanced consumption of energy, grains, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, eggs, soy products, dairy products, confectionaries, and alcoholic beverages can contribute to longevity by decreasing the risk of death, predominantly from cardiovascular disease, in the Japanese population.” </em></p> <p>They also stated that We should learn from Japanise.
