One day when your out with him/here ask for a loan of about the same amount since you are short of money:-)

You ask him to give you the money back and if not you can still go to court.

Another question would be why are you publishing such senseless questions ?

"How long should somebody date before getting married?"
"Sister, Does your mom know that you get angry at your boyfriend for giving you only one round?"

You won't earn rewards this easily. This platform is created that you can ask and get serious answers. But serious answers are not possible anymore if the question is just pointless.

Debt remains debt. Every debt is obligatory for us to charge regardless of her friend or family. But we can not roughly charge friends or family. There are several ways we can do. First sign your debt well. Speak from heart to heart with friends or family who have our same debt. Approach him constantly until he feels bored and scared to meet us. If you have not paid off do not ever stop approaching, if need to sleep at home.

The second can be done by involving third parties, such as family or leaders (community leaders). Ask for their help to mediate you with friends or family who have our debt. This way I've experienced before, and it worked.

Third could by bringing to the police or to the court. this can be done if there is evidence of debt sura or any witnesses. Those are three ways I can offer, hopefully useful.
