What are things that youths in 20’s should stop wasting their time on?
1. Do NOT waste your time on Impressing Others

This is your Life.

If you spend all of it chasing the approval and respect of others you will miss out on a lot of the things you want to do.

In the end you can spend all your time and effort making others happy or you can spend it making yourself happy.

And, no matter how selfish that sounds, you will regret it if you find yourself unhappy in the end.

On the other hand, if you make yourself happy and live for you, chances are pretty good others will be inspired, motivated and excited by that.

Lead by example!

2. Do NOT waste your time on the Wrong People

The people that minimize your dreams, do not talk about anything improving, only complain and try to bring you down to their responsibility-avoiding lives, are the wrong people to be with.

Instead find people that are better than you.

People that push you in the right direction, that tell you to try it even if it is scary, and people that will kick you in your ass if you need it rather than saying “It’s Okay!”.

Find the people that want what is best for you, even if you can’t see it yourself.

3. Do NOT waste your time on Mistakes

It’s a Mistake. It happened. It’s done.

Take the time to learn from your failures and the things that didn’t go so well and then MOVE ON!

Life will keep moving on with or without you, and you will never get back that time that you wasted on the mistakes you’ve made.

Take the lesson. Leave the rest.

4. Do NOT waste your time on Small Ideas/Talk

There is so much to talk about, discuss, imagine and love about life, the universe, and basically everything else. Why are you only talking about the Weather?

If over half of your conversations are not inspiring you then it is because you are not making them inspiring!

People are so interesting if you just give them the chance, but most are too afraid to take the chance themselves.

Be brave, be bold, and ask them what inspires them, what their ideas for a better world are, or what they believe will happen after the pass away in this world, and you will be surprised how interesting they can be!

5. Do NOT waste your time on Drugs and Alcohol

Your life, time and body are too precious and valuable to destroy it with pointless things.

I know it is interesting now, but trust me, you don’t need it and you will feel better not taking either.

6. Do NOT waste your time on Getting Out of Debt

Instead of trying to get out of debt, focus on making Money.

When you are looking to get out of debt you look to get back to 0.

This limits the options available to you and you will stop once you get there.

Instead focus your attention on how to grow the money you have beyond the out of debt mark and you will find ways to accumulate more wealth than you know what to do with.

On that note, it’s better not to get into debt in the first place and keep the same mindset!

7. Do NOT waste your time on The Past

I get it, horrible stuff happened to you.

Your stuff may be worse than mine or everybody else’s or it may not be as bad, but either way, if you allow that to define you and where you are you will never go anywhere else.

We are who we tell ourselves to be and we are where our story lead us.

If you want to go further or be more you have to adapt your story first!

Look, your past is what it is. No amount of talking, complaining, whining or wishing will change that.

Deal with it and learn to live with it!

8. Do NOT waste your time on The Future

Tomorrow isn’t here. In fact, it won’t ever be here.

By tomorrow you might be paralyzed, dead, or the last person alive. Who knows what may happen?

Worrying about possibilities is pointless because of the sheer amount of possibilities!

You can spend all day dreaming of possible scenarios and still be dead wrong when the time comes.

Stop focusing on what will happen tomorrow or the day thereafter and see what living you can do today.

9. Do NOT waste your time on What you Already Know

Staying in your comfort zone your entire life, always watching the same shows, traveling the same places, reading the same books, playing the same games, etc. will never get you any place new.

In fact, it will not increase your horizons and you will miss out on things you didn’t even know existed!

The world is far bigger than you imagine it to be and there are far more possibilities than you can think of.

You haven’t even begun to scratch the surface of what is possible.

Spend your time on new things and on exploring what you do not know.

Be brave and leave your comfort zone just a little bit!

10. Do NOT waste your time on being Serious

Life is like a day at the Amusement Park.

You can hate the entire trip, holding onto dear life on every ride, complaining about every line you wait in and have an awful time.
