First of all I would recommend you to do suggestions on musing.io in their Discord Server (https://discord.gg/zMcHDfR). I read about trustability score for the users just for musing.io (so not depending on the user's reputation). With this users with helpful answers and maybe also good questions should get a higher score than others. I think it would be possible to implement a filter then where you can filter out users with a low trustability score so these senseless questions won't appear in your feed anymore.
