json_metadata"{"app":"musing/1.1","appTags":["Lifestyle","Productivity","Life","Question",""],"appCategory":"Lifestyle","appTitle":"Recommend A Principle that Could endorse \"Peace\" and \"liberalism\" Worldwide for Generations to Come?","appBody":"<p><strong>For me, this has to be the principle of rule of law, </strong>most states and nations in the world do not actually know what it means to possess the principle of rule of law as a result of the bad governance and these are the reasons why I think the principle of rule of law will endorse peace and liberalism is because its supposed the principle of equality in the sense that I believe that when there is equality amongst citizen of nations <em><strong>especially when it comes to having equal rights like voting, being voted for no matter their status or their age background so when there is equality, there is a feeling of peace</strong></em> because in the eyes of the law everybody are the same and they are not to be treated specially no matter who they are but if you look carefully you will see that most countries in the world do not have the principle of rule of law.</p>\n<p><strong>It supports fundamental human rights of citizens</strong> when there is a principle of rule of law there should be peace and liberalism and the reason why i think so is because if the human rights of citizens are respected all over the world then things like unwarranted killing and corruption , injustice in the judiciary and legislative system then it would be very good because people would feel at peace and the concept of freedom to actually live life as a human being would be there.</p>\n<p><strong>It also supports the sovereignty of the constitution</strong>, in most countries the constitution is hardly sovereign but when there is the principle of rule of law which backs the sovereignty of the constitution this means that nations and state are going to be road according to lay down precedent, laws and even customs as well as norms which the constitution find very right for humanity so I recommended the principle of rule of law to be enhanced and advanced as the modern form of government which can foster peace and liberalism</p>","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3kgwjqaq","appParentAuthor":"sweven","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}"
