It's open to everyone without any community affiliation. If you have a question, you ask and anyone with the right information about such question should be free to respond. The moment musing start allowing community integration, it will start losing its purpose. </p><p>Musing should be as it is and add just some little improvement to its interface that would make it easily navigable and create an enjoyable browsing experience.
