What was the reason for the freeze?

If you mean about blockchain yesterday I can explain to you. Netueso a steemed witness attempted to steal from the system and thus a huge bubble was created in it. He needed to know that the blockchain can not be stolen or tricked. It is 100% non-penetrable.
