Love is just one aspect of our existence. Indeed, it is the strongest feelings a human being can have (if nurtured properly)

However, just like everything in life, focusing too much one one thing can backfire. 

Imbalance leads to duality. Duality is the roots of internal conflict. Internal conflict, even though it can be useful sometimes (for growth), it will cause suffering.
