What will happen if i forgot my steemit password?

You can get Steemit Inc. to reset it for you, as long as you have the e-mail and telephone number that you used when you signed up. This is only possible for the people who have creating their accounts on steemit.com though, and the other apps might have different policies. 

It's a big hassle though, so you should always keep a backup of your password at a safe location.
