<p>- Drink water. A headache is often the first symptom of dehydration, so drink one or two glasses of water, and it might disappear completely. This is especially relevant if you have recently been drinking anything that is dehydrating, such as coffee, beer or wine.&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Relax in a dark, silent place. Both noise pollination and light pollution might make your headache worse, so try to relax in a place that reduces the stress from these two factors.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If neither of these things work for me, I would personally resort to taking paracetamol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen to get rid of it.&nbsp;</p>
