As far as I know, I have answered this question. 
Reputation score is given upvote received on articles,
The upvote power is given by the power up investment (Steem) and the reward gained from the articles. So it is not related to one another.

No. 
Reputation has nothing in common with the power of upvote.
Reputation is given by the total number of upvotes received from those who own Steem Power.
The power of upvote is Steem power invested or gained in time from your articles.

No it does not.
Voting power is determined by your steem powere and your voting power.

Steem power you can see in your wallet
and to  see voting power there are different sites for it.

Nope, the reputation score is pretty much only a visual thing. It won't affect anything if you are rep 25 or rep 75! The only thing that is affected by rep is the fact that your content will be hidden by default if your rep is below 0. However, that only applies to Steemit.com, and not the other Steem interfaces.
