It's the same thing you've always heard, diet and exercise. Paleo, Ketogenic, Mediterranean; all the best dies are effectively the same except for where you get the protein. I just go with beans, greens and eggs. It's the simplest, cheapest, and best suited to my taste. </p>\n<p>You should also be exercising, but remember that miles put in at work, still count as exercise. Get yourself a used fitbit and check out @actifit for more Steem. Win/Win! </p>\n<p>Easiest, and most important, hydrate like made. Lots and lots and lots of water and tea (cause tea is cheap and ludicrously more likeable for your body)... </p>\n<p>Like I said, these things require persistence, but persistence is the cheapest resource you will ever find, and honestly your immune system will be amazing.
