Sure, criticizing is a key for success. Without having people who criticise us, we wouldn't be successful and we wouldn't know our mistakes, our weakness points. However, overly-critical people don't show the respect for people's achievements, it means that nothing and nobody satisfies them. Being overly-critical can cause sadness and stresd to others , we don't behave the same, there are more tolerant people than others. I personnaly get mad if someone will focus on gaps and my weaknesses without shedding light on a single bright point. Overly-critical people don't want you to progress, they just want to ruin others' life. So, in short you don't have to bear them, just act as if they don't exist. This the best solution I've always used, I behave like a mirror that receives light and reflects instead of keeping it inside you.
