It is really good for your joints and things like that. I used to work with a guy that would take a garlic pill every day because he had stiff muscles and it would really help him a lot. Eventually his wife made him stop taking the pill because she said he smelled really bad. I think it is totally worth it to be able to move around well though. </p>\n<p>I personally eat a lot of onions and garlic and there are many times that I feel like it is coming out of my pores. Luckily I am already married so I don't have to worry about trying to find a wife smelling like garlic. You might try cardamom or bergamont. I think those herbs are both supposed to be helpful with breath odor and things like that. You could also try listerine mouth wash. That stuff will take the paint off of a house. Just be sure not to press your tongue against the roof of your mouth after you swish it around.
