People react different ways to non payment of salary. Here are some things people do, first of all make sure it is a general problem and not just You. If it is a general problem then,

1. Talk about it with your employer. Seek to know why the refusal to pay your salary. It may just be that you are the one seeing it as refusal whereas your employer is facing challenges and not able to pay you as at when due. Demand to know how long they will need to sort themselves out and if need be demand a written agreement with a signature on it..

2. If it is just you also follow the above steps. If you do not have the finance to come to work pending when it would be paid, you are free to stop coming to work After all non payment of salary is already a breach of contract. If on the other hand you can afford

to still come to work and you loved to then it's up to you.

3. If after listening to their reason for non payment and you feel it is not tenable or perhaps you cannot continue then you can simply resign. You are terminating the appointment on breach of contract. This doesn't mean that your owed salary will not be paid to you. You have every right to collect it

4. Lastly you can decide to sue your employer
