Believe me or not. Only thing i ate on Šmarna gora are "miške" don't know English translation. They are greasy, sweet and totally bad for health, but i still take one or two if they have fresh :D And yes ... food on hiking trips does taste awesome. It's probably the combination - air, altitude, atmosphere and still great food in most of the mountain huts... Did you try štruklji on Dobrča? :) The hike is worth it just for that and if it's clear weather, the view from the top is amazing.

Yes usually what ppl eat there.....me and my friend go up later so we are on for lunch. No need to cook then. And i love food. :) ...and never been on Dobrča. I'm not a hiker. :) But my friend is, so what heppens is she usually takes me or i tag along. But I will suggest this to her. She will go for the hike, I'll go for the food lol. Maybe after all this snow clears.
