Yep. The new dApp architecture will act as the new "app store". The biggest hurdle will be sneaking the tiny C-IPFS app itself into the Apple store since they have given me the most problems in the past. Once iPhones (or jailbroke iPhones) can connect to the C-IPFS network, you're in like flynn. Thanx automaton :)
