In my experience Resteem bots arent worth your time - they are generally 'follow for follow' type accounts. Yes they may have 10k followers but the majority of them are inactive or bots themselves. On top of that with the ammount they resteem your chances of being seen and upvoted by anyone with substantial SP is pretty much 0! Im pretty sure whales and even dolphins dont follow resteem accounts.
