I'm still pretty foggy (on most things) about how this is all going to shake out, but I have no doubt ocdb will keep to the front of the pack so far as helping and encouraging the 'little' guy.  

I think the biggest part of this HF is going to be the use and acceptance of downvotes.  We'll see how that plays, too.
