Maybe change the parameters of the reward curve in HF23, @tarazkp? The curve is fine, but a most profitable payout at 20 STEEM again encourages bid botting, and sounds a bit like a crystal tower decision... 1 STEEM would be a fair threshold..

While 20 is steep, I think 1 Steem is far too low.

It's real; only a small percentage makes more than 1 STEEM on a post.
