I hope my feelings towards that behaviour are clear enough, and I will be pointing some fingers later today.

Everyone needs to take part in the management of content, even if the smaller votes don't impact rewards that much.

Steem-engine and palnet are a godsend and we are lucky to have Matt and Aggy with us on Steem.  

Glad to here you are buckled up - those cards need collecting and being put forward into battle :)
