Blog author tools such as easily filtering which individual posts should or should not appear on the blog, instead of picking whole categories. Well, ideally we should get both options. And we should be able to change them on the fly later on if we change our mind about it. Do not enforce "blocked accounts from commenting" to all blocked users on steem. I would not like to see comments on the engrave blog from, say, opgaming (because it wouldn't make sense to non-steemians), but I would hate to block them on steem as a whole. So make that feature entirely separated from blocked users on steem. Optional integration with some form of cryptopayment and paypal donation / sponsor where we can input custom text to tell the person what their money is for. Kind of like a patreon box. Maybe a patron embed, yeah. Display comments from steem, guests and other sign-in platforms like facebook and instagram... But without any apparent separation to the blog visitor. Make an option to hide things related to steem payouts. If hiding them is not enabled, include a "?" icon visitors can mouse hover. A tooltip shows up telling them how that post or comment is earning because that person is a steem user. Offer steem registration unrelated to steemit.com and a free 20 SP delegation to new users.
