As i saw many people left the steem blockchain when the price droped. Also many people left because they join steem with a fake promises. They thought they make a simple 3 sentence post and they can earn a big amount. But that is not true.
Easier to the asian communities example they stick together and they support each other. Or some bigger stakeholders also doing the same. 
To be honest as you can see i share many stuff. I share my opinion but still i didnt get noticed just by few people. 

Yes this is because everyone is aftering the money and they sell they votes and they dont care to read a posts because no need if the bots they make they job.

So yes somehow i understand your point. And i dont like to mention people but others they saw also that i dont like neither when somebody boost a nonsense post. 
I use also promo serivices. And i sell my votes sometimes. But i also support new accounts and helping to onboard talented people. 
The main stuff is also that if the people dont delegate or lets say invest into the bid or promo bots they will invest somewhere else. Like some dapps that they also give free upvotes and share for delegators. So actually we will be in a same place where we start.
Also there is a option to let these investors who are running the bots or makeing the dapss to leave but than we can see the steem vallue around 0.001 dollar. 
So this topic is more difficult as many of the people think.
And like me i didnt withdraw example any money since i join. Just keep makeing a small deposits. 
( i have a plan why i am doing this but if you dont mind i wanna keep it in secret because i believe if i share it will be not happen😊 )
So me example i wanna be like swicerland. I dont wanna choose sides. Just share my opinion and find the third way to make the steem blockchain sucessfull so more of us can enjoy the fruits of this blockchain😊 
ps. if once i choose side i make enemies. And i dont like this idea😉
