I love this article. So timely for me. I just finished a permaculture class at Oregon State University. Intuitively I knew some of this before hand. Without ever reading a word about it, I lived on my land in a tent before building my off-grid house. By doing that, I was able to pick the best location for it. I changed my mind twice. I live in a concrete berm home and if I had placed it where I initially wanted, my passive heating abilities would have been shot. I look forward to your next posts.
