This is a **great** idea! Web-of-trust one step further. However, we may consider integrating PGP into STEEM entirely an use the steem ids together with their so called *memo keys*: GnuPG 2.1.x does support ECC for more info (and examples) see [here](https://www.gnupg.org/faq/whats-new-in-2.1.html#ecc)
