That's funny, about 30 years ago I wrote a letter to the President Elect Bill Clinton over a vision I had called H.O.P.E. It was an acronym for Hope Of People Everywhere. The Clinton's I think are from Hope, AR and later Hillary would use than same name in a real project I believe.
