I suppose it's *possible* to call some of this an addiction... but I have been blogging and using various forms of social media for about 20 years, and the main thing I'd observe is that my time spent here is time I am *not* spending on Facebook or elsewhere... but I stay pretty cognizant of not obsessing too much over my time here... 

For example, the post I just set free I actually wrote this morning with my coffee... *mostly,* and I finally got around to putting it out there, almost 9 hours later.
