The concept itself is just genuis! and you are quite right in what you said - most of the people who could benefit most from a platform like this, have absolutely no knowledge of it.

My father and my brothers are big crypto men and they have educated me a lot in the subject... they are my "gurus" haha. 

It is the future - plain and simple and those that get into the game now are going to benefit MASSIVELY in the future.

And all that aside... Steemit as a community is a whole bag of awesomeness all on its own!
