I really like the contributions made so far. I wanna add a little to it.
Photo transactions can be made online and payed for without physical verifications, transacting other materials or things with pob can still be done online as well.
My logic
2go was an app back then that created online presence within countries which anyone can easily access and have presence their. The act of going around to make exchange will definitely buy into people's life and might inhibits the objective. Creating an online avenue where things can be transacted and a central administrator stands as the middle man for both the buyer and the seller, no matter the goods intended,  the product will in turn be shipped from the originating country, just as AliExpress do. They are just the middle men although they have their own products as well.
All am saying is that transactions and exchange of goods or services will be done with pob as the only legal tender in the platform.
When a transaction is confirmed by the central admin, the product will be shipped pending when the buyer receives the product and confirm authenticity the pob can then be transfered to the seller. I think that way even a none pob user can try buying things since its free of fraud and it will in turn promote pob to the world. Just my take on the topic.
