Anyway heres some progress

Im creating a  steem package

with package.json file and eventually all the necessary files steem needs

Im hoping steem' and eos's similarities aid me on this journey 

Thank you @inertia for always being here in steem since I first arrived to show me there were big brains here taking care of the chain.  I know I can be too much sometimes, but Ill make it up one day.
