RE: Quasar v1.0 - Feature freeze in effect for v0.17 by quasarframework

@didic - perfect means without flaw, like the C-note of a tuning fork or the sound of two leaded-crystal champagne flutes "prosting" each other. The amount of attention to detail and craftsmanship that is going into this release sets the bar. We won't release 1.0 until it meets this standard - even if we have to publish dozens and dozens of release candidates on the way.
