I like the last question on why worry about future, when so much is happening now. Which is totally true ... the present moment has SO SO much going on, that it does keep my mind off contemplating how and where I'll be in the short-term future. I tend to want results soon aka, I don't care about the journey, care about the destination. But I do recognize that to stay present means to be aware of the current journey.
