We removed the Tier system a while ago as it was not the most fair one.
The upvotes still count though. We will add up the upvotes from you once a week, multiply it by 1,4 and this is the value you will receive from in the upcoming week on your posts. 
Example: if you upvote with $0.40/week, you will then receive $0.56/week ($0.08 upvote daily)
